30-Day Voluntary Return Policy

We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return under this voluntary policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and preferably in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs under the voluntary 30-day policy are borne by the customer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email to info@vityva.com).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (excluding any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Refunds will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless the goods are defective or delivered in error.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards

Sale items remain subject to the legal 14-day right of withdrawal unless one of the legal exceptions above applies.

 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In accordance EU consumer law, all consumer goods are covered by a 2-year legal conformity guarantee.

If a product is defective or not in conformity with the contract, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced free of charge. If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a full refund.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

 

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
